Analysis of natural and cost parameters of fleet catching cod in the Barents sea
The paper contains the analysis of the time dependence of catch changes and also the dynamics of prices on cod and fuel from 1994 to 1998. As a result of the analysis the tendencies of these data change have been revealed. Besides, the analysis of the qualitative catch in 1996 and 1998 and analysis of the ship efficiency has been made. The data for the calculation were given by the joint-stock company "Murmanrybprom" (Murmansk).

On bankruptcy diagnostics
In the paper the problem of information support of regional innovation development has been defined. As a solution for this task a multi-agent technology for information support of innovation activity in the region has been proposed. The agent-based virtual business environment conceptual model has been developed. The description of implemented mathematical models for effectiveness assessment criteria of innovation structures has been represented. The method of integrated generation and effectiveness evaluation of problem-oriented innovation structures has been proposed.

Overcoming of fishery enterprises crisis basing mechanisms
In the paper the category of transaction costs has been considered. The qualitative analysis of the fishing industry enterprises' transaction costs has been carried out. The basic conclusion concerning necessity of integration processes in the branch for the purpose of the considered costs' decrease has been made.

Using of information technology means for valuation of economic state of commercial fishery enterprises
The paper considers questions concerning stability of fishery enterprises and overcoming crisis conditions. In particular problems of behaviour of fishery enterprises in unstable condition have been studied and some mechanism of sustainable development of these enterprises has been proposed. The mechanism contains some steps directed to overcoming crisis conditions.
